While we prepare to launch
Our forms are currently in preview mode and do not accept personal information. Submissions will open after our contact mailbox, email delivery and secure website are ready.
Information you choose to share
A subscription stores your email, optional collection interests, form location, consent version and confirmation dates. An enquiry stores your email, question and the relevant product. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
How we use it
We use confirmed subscriptions to send collection launches and jewellery updates, and enquiries to respond to your questions. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. We do not sell this information. Our hosting and configured email provider process information to operate these services.
Your choices
Subscription confirmation requires a separate action from your inbox. Marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed requests and unsubscribed records are deleted after 30 days; enquiries are deleted after 180 days. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Protected backups may retain deleted information until those backups are replaced or deleted.
Security and technical records
Form data is stored in our WordPress database on our Singapore server. Access to the lead list is limited to authorised administrators. Temporary hashed identifiers help limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may process technical connection details for security.
